A high-performance PVC carpet tile is engineered through multi-layer hot-melt lamination. The top face fiber consists of solution-dyed nylon or polypropylene, providing colorfastness against high UV exposure (common in Paraguay). Beneath the fiber lies a stabilizing fiberglass layer, which is embedded between two layers of solid PVC compound. This construction guarantees that the tile lies completely flat without curling at the corners, mitigating trip hazards and facilitating seamless pattern layouts.
